Do you have a clinic location?
We’re a fully mobile physical therapy service, which means we come to you. For your convenience, all treatments are provided in the comfort of your home or preferred location — no need to travel to a clinic.
When can I expect a response to my inquiry?
Our goal is to respond to each inquiry within one business day, excluding statutory holidays. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m (MST).
Why do I need to provide a credit card to book my appointment?
We request credit card information before your appointment to secure your booking. Charges will only apply for private pay amounts not covered by insurance, or for missed appointments or late cancellations. Your card details are stored securely with Jane, our appointment and billing software, and are not visible to us after entry.
Jane is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your card details are securely tokenized and are never stored on our servers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Some locations may also accept HSA or FSA cards. If you have specific questions about payment options, please don’t hesitate to call our team. options.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee, as outlined in our booking policy.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we do! We work with most major insurance providers across the U.S. and offer direct insurance billing to make the process as simple as possible for you. Our dedicated billing administrator will handle the paperwork and help you understand your coverage so you can focus on your recovery.

Are your physical therapists are fully registered and licensed?
Yes, all of our physical therapists are fully licensed in the states where they practice.
How do you choose my physical therapist?
A physical therapist is chosen based on their expertise, your specific condition, and your treatment goals. We match you with a therapist who has the relevant skills and experience to address your unique needs effectively.
How soon can I expect to see a therapist?
The timing of your appointment depends on factors such as your availability, the therapist’s schedule, and any additional requirements (e.g., facility or hospital approvals). During your initial phone consultation with a member of our Client Services Team, you will receive a more precise estimate of when you can expect to see a therapist.
How long will my first appointment be?
The length of your initial evaluation can vary based on the complexity of your needs. Evaluations times vary and are tailored to your individual needs. We’ll discuss this further during your initial consultation to ensure you receive the right level of care.
What should I expect for my first appointment?
During your first physical therapy appointment, you can expect a thorough assessment of your condition, a discussion of your medical history, and a personalized treatment plan. Your physical therapist will also explain the goals and next steps for your therapy.
Who is allowed to be a part of my assessment and/or appointments?
Typically, only you and your physical therapist are present during assessments and appointments. However, if you wish to include a family member or caregiver, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate their participation.
I have pets in my home, what should I do?
For safety and to avoid interruptions, please keep pets secured and away during the appointment.
Why should I have physical therapy before my surgery (knee, hip, etc.)
Pre-surgery physical therapy can help strengthen the muscles around the affected joint, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall fitness. How long should I wait after my surgery/injury to start physical therapy?
You should generally wait until your surgeon or healthcare provider gives you the go-ahead to start physical therapy. This timing can vary based on the type of surgery or injury. Your physical therapist will work with you to determine the best start time and tailor the treatment to your needs.
How long should I be seeing my physical therapist?
The duration of your physical therapy treatment depends on your individual condition and progress. Typically, patients see their physical therapist for a few weeks to several months. Your physical therapist will regularly assess your progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed to help you achieve your goals.
